Basic Group Workouts

The Basic Group Workout is a building block from the NEW to Jason weekly workouts. These workouts are for players who have mastered the techniques and drills taught in the New to Jason workouts. These workouts are at least twice/three times the speed and intensity of the NEW to Jason workouts. Don't get confused by this workout stating it is "BASIC". This workout moves at a very quick pace, is very intense and for the players willing to work very hard to improve their game. These workouts are co-ed. We encourage participants to complete the NEW to Jason Group Workouts before enrolling into these group workouts under most circumstances. We offer 5-10 week pre-paid packages September through April each year in a variety of locations, with a minimum of 20 players.
