Advanced Shooting Workouts

The advanced shooting workout is a multi-week program for one-hour sessions that focus purely on in-depth, advanced shooting mechanics. These training sessions provide structured, progressive and repetitious instruction utilizing the results of proven successful shooters that is varied for boys and girls.

You must have completed a minimum 2 (two) of the Basic Shooting Workouts before advancing into this Advanced Shooting Workout. This workout will incorporate shooting off the dribble, shooting out of triple threat, shooting off screens, creating shot opportunities, creating separation for shot opportunities, the art of the pull-up jump shot and much. This workout is built from the "basic shooting workout" techniques that you were taught and have developed. The class will meet a total of 5-10 weeks, 60 minutes weekly, with a maximum of only 12 players. The workouts require much concentration and a hungry desire to develop into a great shooter.
