These group workouts are for any players in elementary or middle school who are new to Jason Otter’s School of Basketball unique and intense way of training. It is strongly recommended that you attend these ten group workouts before attending the regular group workouts.

Basic Group Workout

These intense workouts are for the serious co-ed players wanting to elevate their game. . We encourage participants to complete the NEW to Jason Group Workouts before enrolling into these group workouts under most circumstances.

Advanced Group Workout

These workouts are very intense and should only be attended by players who have been attending group workouts on a regular basis. Students should be in great physical shape before attending this workout. College players and advanced high school players usually perform these workouts.

Shooting Workout

The shooting workout is a multi-week program for one-hour sessions that focus purely on shooting mechanics. These training sessions provide structured, progressive and repetitious instruction utilizing the results of proven successful shooters that is varied for boys and girls.

Advanced Shooting Workout

You must have completed a minimum two of the Shooting Workouts before this Advanced Shooting Workout. This workout will incorporate shooting off the dribble, shooting out of triple threat, shooting off screens, creating shot opportunities, creating separation for shot opportunities, the art of the pull-up jump shot and much more.

Advanced Combination Workout

For an intense, double-skill building workout. This workout combines a balance of Advanced Group Workout and Advanced Shooting Workout techniques.
