5 Hour Explosive Guard Camp
Jason's camps are all co-ed, unless requested differently. They are like none you've ever attended. They are physically and mentally challenging, but provide each player with the proper tools to elevate their game. These camps build individual skills. LIMIT 14 PLAYERS -- Jason Otter’s School of Basketball is offering an advanced camp that will be physically demanding due to the limited participants, time, and intensity demanded during the execution of the drills. This camp is designed only for players that have attended Otter basketball events in the past. Participants must be familiar with Otter basketball concepts and practice them on their own on a routine basis. All students should be eighth grade to college level or approved by Otter basketball staff. Players should have prior experience preferably in a PGE camp(s) and shooting camps. Concepts covered include: advanced jump-rope techniques (this will focus on foot speed and proper jumping mechanics) ability to be deceptive by changing speeds and using correct body positioning while taking contact, practice several different finishes that will make them more effective when attacking the basket, techniques that will make it harder to guard and give them advantages against quicker and stronger players. REMEMBER this camp is for the SERIOUS STUDENT OF THE GAME.
